All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the CARAVAN platform are the property of CARAVAN or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
